Personnel

Combined, the Westview staff has hundreds of years of experience in helping young people.  Historically, staff members have had practical skills which are important to our boys and our campus:  welding, plumbing, construction, computer maintenance, nursing, ranching, restaurant management, teaching, and youth ministry.  Some staff members have college degrees (both baccalaureate and graduate) in business, education, psychology, and ministry.  The average staff member has over 13 years experience in working with young people and over 7 years of service at Westview.
