Case Manager
Troy Metheny, BMin
Troy Metheny attended the Harding School of Biblical Studies and graduated from the program in Aug. 2001. Troy received his Bachelor of Ministry degree from Harding University in May 2002.
In 2002 and 2003, Troy and his wife Shiann came to Westview and served as house parents at Sweetwater. They gained considerable hands-on experience in leading a house at Westview, and in helping their boys succeed with the animal programs on campus.
After broadening his experience as a case manager with a counseling center in Arkansas, Troy returned to Westview in January, 2006, to serve in an administrative position. Now Troy oversees the physical well-being and the spiritual growth of the young men on our campus.
Troy manages our campus wildlife and hunting programs. He also plans special events that allow the boys to have positive interactions with peer groups from outside the Home. He works with the administrative team and house parents to make certain that each boy has someone with whom he can discuss spiritual matters. He also serves the boys in the capacity of a case manager.
