House parents - Josh and Julia Birney

Julia Birney – BS, Missions, Lubbock Christian University; CCW, Certified Childcare Worker, State of Oklahoma

Josh and Julia care for boys at Overstreet House, which is on our north campus.  They have both business and ministry experience.  Josh is a Florida native; Julia is from Colorado.  The Birneys have received additional ministry training from Sunset International Bible Institute in Lubbock, TX.

Josh and Julia have boys who work with the pig program and the calf program. 

The Birneys have two children of their own.
